The P.G. HUFANA Fighter combat knife was originally designed two years ago by Punong Guro Myrlino P. Hufana with combat application and self defense principles in mind. At that time Guro Scott Brennan (Brennan Blades) had applied the design into a functional alluminum trainer for students of HTAI. Just recently, one of PG Hufana's students, Scott Germino, had thought it would be great to have a real knife made of the trainer. He found and met with Daniel Erickson (Ring of Fire Forge) shortly thereafter and had commissioned Daniel to make the real version.
